  Went in for a simple blood test. The doctor had me wait for close to an HOUR. Afterwords they assured me they would call with the results. They did not, which proceeded to me calling them over and over for a solid half-hour until I finally rang somebody who could tell me the results. DO NOT see this doctor if you value your time at all.

  I've been going to this office since I was a child. I make sure to ONLY see Dr. Tootell as she actually listens and generally cares about the reason why I'm there. I've had issues with Dr. Belote before, but since Dr.Tootell is on maternity leave, I gave him a try again. I went in knowing that I had strep throat as I have it many times before. I was miserable from the pain(couldn't eat, sleep). He did a strep test that came back negative. He said it was probably from a bad sample, but didn't retest. He said that my throat was beat red and told me that I either had strep or coxsackievirus. He told me to take advil and I would be fine and rushed me out. He talked to me for all of about 3 minutes. Two days later, I'm still miserable and can't take it anymore. I refused to go see him again and went to urgent care. They did a strep test and said that it was positive. They gave me antibiotics and I got better. Because of Dr. Belote, I had to suffer two extra days and miss work. I will NEVER see him again.
