- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My husband and I are getting transferred to Hawaii from him serving in the Navy and I had to get rabies blood tests done which is alot of money on top of all the other stresses we are under with the hurricane damage at our home down in Norfolk Va. Loudoun Vet services are people who care for not only your pets happiness and well being but yours. They could of let me pay the $850 fee and be done with it but no they saw I was struggling and they did some research and saved me so much money and put their time and effort in for me. I dont think they know how truely grateful I was because I have not had much good news in the past month and I know my husband is grateful too he is on deployment right now!
